We provide tools for you to Download Full Database Backups. Once a backup file is downloaded to your device, you are responsible for its security. We recommend storing backups in a secure, encrypted location.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your business data. We only share specific data triggers with:

• WhatsApp/SMS Services: To send invoices to your customers upon your request.
• Payment Gateways: If you choose to integrate online payments (Future feature).

4. Team Access

If you use "Team Management", your appointed staff will have access to specific parts of your data based on their role. You are responsible for managing these permissions.
