Agreement for Business Users of RRRa ERP
You agree to use RRRa ERP only for lawful business purposes. You are prohibited from using the system to track or bill for illegal goods, prohibited substances, or fraudulent transactions under Indian Law.
RRRa ERP is an automation tool. The accuracy of the resulting Profit & Loss, GST reports, and Stock Valuation depends entirely on the data you enter. You are responsible for verifying "Purchase Costs" and "GST Rates" before finalizing any bill.
RRRa ERP is NOT a Chartered Accountant. The reports generated by the software are for assistance only. You must consult a qualified tax professional (CA) to verify your tax liability before filing returns with the GST department. We are not liable for any tax penalties or government fines.
While we maintain 99.9% server uptime, RRRa ERP is not liable for data loss due to server interruptions, internet failures, or unauthorized access to your account caused by weak passwords. Users must download a manual backup weekly to ensure business continuity.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features. Any changes to pricing or subscription models will be communicated to you 30 days in advance via your registered email or mobile number.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
