• Account Information: Your name, mobile number, and email address used for login and security.
• Business Data: Information you input regarding customers, suppliers, inventory counts, and financial transactions.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and device information used solely for security monitoring and preventing unauthorized login attempts.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide the ERP services. We do not engage in data mining or profiling. Your financial data is used to generate the reports and dashboards you see on your screen.

3. Data Security & Backups

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data on our servers. However, data ownership belongs to you. We provide a "Database Backup" feature. Once you download your backup file, you are the sole custodian of that data. We recommend storing it in a safe, offline location.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or trade your business data. We only share necessary triggers with:

• SMS/WhatsApp Gateways: To deliver automated invoices and receipts as requested by you.
• Browser Storage (Cookies): We use local storage to keep you logged in and remember your language preferences.

5. User Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) norms of India, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal account data. For business data, you may use the "Delete" tools within the app or contact us for full account closure.
